FAQ

Questions fréquentes

Is my image uploaded?

No. Recognition runs in a Web Worker on your device. Only OCR code and language data are downloaded when needed.

Which image formats are supported?

JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, and BMP are supported, with a 20 MB limit per image.

Which languages are supported?

Choose English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or Russian.

Why is the first recognition slower?

The OCR engine and selected language model download once. Your browser may cache them, and later runs on this page reuse the loaded engine.

Can OCR preserve the original formatting?

OCR keeps useful line breaks, but complex columns, tables, fonts, and exact spacing may need manual cleanup.

Can I use the result directly?

You can copy it or download TXT. Always verify important names, amounts, and identifiers against the source image.
