My file format is not supported
Check the formats listed on the selected tool. A file extension does not guarantee that its codec is supported. Try the video, audio or image converter first. If the same file still fails, include its format, size and the error message in your feedback; do not include private media.
Processing fails or stops
Keep the tool tab open while processing. Try a shorter clip or smaller image, close other memory-heavy tabs, and use an updated browser. Before refreshing, download any completed results. If it happens again, send feedback with the tool name, browser and error message.
Where are my downloads?
Check your browser downloads list and the download folder configured in your browser. Allow downloads if prompted. If a download did not start, try again from the result card or local history. Download important results before closing the tool page.
Browser compatibility and offline use
Available formats and acceleration depend on your browser and device. Try an updated desktop browser if a codec is unavailable. Offline use requires the tool and its processing assets to have loaded; signing in, feedback and share links need an internet connection.
Local history and storage
History belongs to this browser, not your Google account. Clearing browser site data removes saved results. Use Local history to manage storage, retention and automatic saving. Files larger than 250 MB are not kept in history. Always download important files.
Local processing and shared files
Media tools process your files locally. Creating a share link uploads the selected result and makes it accessible to anyone with the link for 24 hours. Sign in before creating a link to manage and revoke it in My shares. Revocation cannot remove copies that others have already downloaded. Basic usage and error events help improve the site; they do not contain your media.
