FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Are my images uploaded?

No. Canvas processes the image in your browser, and the original file is never sent to our server.

Why should I export PNG?

PNG keeps the four rounded corners transparent, so the image works on any background. JPG does not support transparency and uses your chosen background color instead.

Can I control the radius precisely?

Yes. The slider uses a percentage of the shorter image edge: 0% keeps square corners and 50% creates the largest pill-like corners.

Which image formats are supported?

JPG, JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, and BMP files up to 50 MB are supported. GIF inputs use their first frame.
